My friend Jason in Chicago is an outstanding younger leader. He cares about people, he wants to do a good job, and his efforts have been recognized with promotions. At the same time, he understands that there are some politics in most organizations and he wants to be viewed favorably by those over him--but sometimes he feels intimidated. We review the research on intimidation and what we can do to overcome it.
