A Thankfulness Challenge for You

Did you know that for decades researchers tried to discover what makes people happy? And they still can’t pinpoint the answer.It ends up that different people are happy for different reasons.

But the scientists discovered that“happy” people are thankful… so they reversed the process!

They came up with a new experiment to help people become more thankful—wondering if that would make them happier. It worked!

It didn’t matter if they were old or young, rich or poor, undereducated or PhDs! It didn’t matter if they lived in Europe, Asia or in the Western world. The more thankful you become, the happier person you will be.

 “If that is true, how do I become more thankful?”

I’m so glad you asked. We are launching a 30-Day Worldwide Thankfulness Challenge during the month of November. This is perfect timing to help us be at our best just before the Christmas and New Year’s holidays.

The challenge will be based on the best research available. We will be building our thankfulness a little bit at a time for 30 days. At the end of that time, you will see things more clearly, be in a happier state, be more productive, etc. As a matter of fact, in a big research study, the “gratitude group experienced less depression and stress, was more likely to help others, exercised more regularly and made more progress toward personal goals." According to the findings, people who felt grateful were also more likely to feel loved.
