Thanks Aaron. LeaderTribe is all about taking small but courageous steps. Was I scared to publish the post? Yes. In the words of John Wayne, “Courage is being scared to death and saddling up anyway.” Harder for me is the courage I need before I lovingly confront someone. I don’t want to do it!!! But, ultimately, I remember the words of a mentor: “Who is going to love the person enough to say something?”

Great piece Rob! It is better to lean into the pain of shame than avoiding it. We all come out better after the refining process. Thanks for sharing.

Very nearly one of the best blog posts I’ve read, period. Nothing light and fluffy here. Great job!
