I once heard a message from Andy Stanley that I believe should always make us rethink how we think about what we want to accomplish in life. He basically says: “It is always a mistake to decide what we want to accomplish, before we determine who we want to be”.

That is a truly brilliant perspective. That parallels perfectly to most of the articles published at LeaderTribe over the past year. If we don’t know who we are, and who we want to be, the destination really isn’t that important! Thanks for the great perspective.

No matter what others do, say, or think. How I see myself is the defining position. A honest assessment comes from a desire to get, be, and do better. Thanks for this platform #lifealtering.
